CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

Civil Construction

  • River Road Bridge, Whiteriver, AZ—White Mountain Apache Tribe. A 200-foot span concrete bridge over Whiteriver that improved transportation and safety for the community.
  • Rock Creek Bridge, Whiteriver, AZ—White Mountain Apache Tribe. Structural steel and concrete deck crossing over Rock Creek designed to withstand heavy use and environmental challenges.
  • Water Treatment Expansion, Yuma, AZ—Cocopah Tribe. Expansion of wastewater treatment facility with new cells, liners, and rip rap, and upgrades to existing cells to accommodate community growth. This project was completed while maintaining continuous operation of the existing facility.
  • Flood Control Concrete Headwalls, Sells AZ—Tohono O’odham Tribe. Construction of critical flood control systems at roadways through desert basin.
  • Bridge Renovation Project, Parker, AZ—Colorado River Indian Tribes. Renovation of existing concrete bridges along the Colorado River and canals throughout the Colorado River Indian Reservation.
  • New Paving Project, Parker, AZ—Colorado River Indian Tribes. New pavement installation on existing roadways throughout the Colorado River Indian Reservation.
  • Crack Sealing Project, Parker, AZ—Colorado River Indian Tribes. Crack sealing including traffic control of existing roadways throughout the Colorado River Indian Reservation.
  • Hondah Streets Project, Whiteriver, AZ—White Mountain Apache Tribe. New curb and gutter, widening of existing roadways, new asphalt paving, traffic control and striping of roads in the Hondah Housing Subdivision of the White Mountain Apache Tribe.
  • New Road Project, Sells, AZ—Tohono O’odham Tribe. Excavation and grading of new roadway, asphalt paving and striping of roads on the Tohono O’odham reservation.
  • Site Utilities, San Carlos, AZ—San Carlos Apache Tribe. Water and sewer installation with manholes and lift stations at numerous sites of the San Carlos Apache Reservation.

Multi-Housing and Single Family Residential

  • 50 Home Renovations, Tucson, AZ–Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Owner occupied renovations of 50 units. Renovations included new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, flooring, cabinets, drywall repair and painting, mold remediation and duct work cleaning and new HVAC.
  • 50 Home Renovations, San Carlos, AZ–San Carlos Apache Tribe. Owner occupied renovations of 50 units. Renovations included new roofing, flooring, doors and cabinets and interior and exterior painting.
  • 26 Home Subdivision, Tucson, AZ—Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Construction of a 26-home masonry subdivision including all infrastructure and vertical construction.
  • Tufa Stone, San Carlos, AZ—San Carlos Apache Tribe. Construction of a 16 home subdivision that included complete infrastructure and all vertical construction.
  • SIP Panel Construction Subdivision, Bylas, AZ—San Carlos Apache Tribe. Construction of Structural Insulated Paneled homes including all infrastructure on the San Carlos Apache Reservation.
  • Rising Sun Subdivision, Bylas, AZ—San Carlos Apache Tribe. Construction of complete subdivision of homes including all infrastructure (utilities, roadways, curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement.)
  • Tulapai Flats, San Carlos, AZ—San Carlos Apache Tribe. Construction of complete subdivision of homes including all infrastructure (utilities, roadways, curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement.)
  • Scattered Housing Sites, San Carlos, AZ—San Carlos Apache Tribe. Construction of homes utilizing in scattered areas of the San Carlos Apache Tribe
  • Scattered Housing Sites, Sacaton, AZ—Gila River Indian Community. Construction of post-tension concrete slab homes with integral color masonry construction.
  • Subdivion Home Development, Sacaton, AZ—Gila River Indian Community. Construction of post-tension concrete slab homes with integral color masonry construction as well as wood frame and stucco construction throughout several districts of the Gila River Indian Community.
  • Casitas at Rancho Montana, Apache Junction, AZ A residential development at the base of the Superstition Mountains, featuring custom homes with modern amenities.
